I tried Microsoft Copilot a while back and it seemed like a piece of junk compared to ChatGPT and Claude
But things move fast in the AI world so maybe things have changed?
As of June 16, 2026, Copilot Cowork is now generally available, so maybe it’s time to take another look
And ask a bunch of questions like, “does Microsoft have their own LLM or is it just OpenAI or Anthropic under the hood”?
